Where the gear ships The listed price covers France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany. For a race anywhere else, write to us and we will price the shipping.
Race timing runs on professional RACE RESULT equipment, the same gear used at major races, and its price is public. It is booked and paid for online, at least two months before the race. The price depends on your format, because the gear changes. For running, the weekend costs €478 then €1.28 per registered runner, with a chip runners keep. For a HYROX® style race or simulation, it costs €622 with forty reusable chips, then €3.60 per chip. Ticketing costs 1% + €1 per paid entry. Prices are net, VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code.

For a checkpoint or a backup on the line, recommended for a backyard ultra where a missed read eliminates a runner.
HYROX® style races at €622
Timing unit and forty reusable chips included, then €3.60 per chip. The number depends on how many participants are on the course at the same time.
Ticketing at 1% + €1
Per paid entry, nothing on free entries. The start list and the chips are paired on race day, with no file import and no re entry.

For running, as many as registered runners. For hybrid races, count the participants on the course at the same time, the simulator works it out for you.

At least two months before the race, online. Below that, send the request anyway and we confirm within 48 hours if the gear is available. Book early for the busy spring and fall weekends. Less than a month before the race, the transport price may be adjusted, and we give you the final price before any payment.

For running no, the chip is disposable. For hybrid races, chips carry a €72 replacement value each, billed only if lost or broken.

Timed race formats
